3.     What are the rights included under CCPA?

The CCPA grants the following rights to the residents of California.

The right to request disclosure of our data collection and sales practices related to your personal information, including the categories of personal data we have collected, the source of information, our usage of the information, and if the data was sold or disclosed to third parties, the categories of personal information sold or disclosed to third parties and the categories of third parties to whom such information was sold or disclosed;
2. The right to request a copy of the specific personal data collected about you during the year, i.e., 12 months before your request (together with right #1, a “personal information request”);
3. The right to delete such information (except where such information is required: i. provide you with services or goods you requested; ii. identify or resolve security or functionality-related issues; iii. comply with the law; iv. conduct thorough research in the public interest; v. safeguard the right to free speech; and vi. carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect).
4. The right to request that your personal data not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and
5. You have the right not to be discriminated against because you exercised any new rights.
